Huge Group is not constrained by a particular size of investment or targeted shareholding, and as such, acquiring 100% is not part of the investment strategy.
We invest where we identify earnings growth potential, cash flow generation, dividend yields and long-term value appreciation.
In keeping with our core principle of investing in people who create value, we back the Jockey, insisting on entrepreneurs who can bring experience, youth, talent, creativity and who have 'skin in the game' - people we can trust to increase the value of our investments.
We prioritise "brownfield investments", which are more stable, established businesses in terms of cashflow & revenue growth. That doesn't mean that we'll overlook "greenfield" or "disruptor" opportunities if the risk/reward trade-off is acceptable.
